Troubleshooting:

Why do I keep seeing this message on my disc menu screen: "Please confirm your player is connected to the internet"?

If you are seeing this message on the disc menu screen, then there is no internet connectivity detected on your player. Please make sure your BD-Live enabled player is connected and the internet service is working. If you have verified that your player is connected properly and you are still seeing this message, then try ejecting and re-inserting the disc to re-start the session.

Why do I keep seeing this message on my device: "After multiple attempts to auto re-sync, your Blu-ray player has lost connection with your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch and the application is now out of sync with the disc"?

If you are seeing this message on your iPad, iPhone or iPod touch, then it means that the player is no longer in sync with your device. Try exiting out of the app completely and restarting. If the problem persists, then you may need to exit out of Smurf-O-Vision on the disc menu and restart the session.

The Smurf-O-Vision app crashed during the second screen experience. What should I do?

If the app crashes when you are synced via Wi-Fi, then you simply follow the same steps to re-sync to the disc, and it will automatically take you to the current timecode of the movie. If the app crashes when you have manually synced, then you will need to follow the same steps for the manual sync mode and select the re-sync button to enter in the hour, minutes and seconds on your Blu-ray player's timecode display to sync back up to the movie.
